BUSINESS LUNCHES ONLINE
Business lunches online, no printing
Build a week of lunch menus in five minutes and let guests pick their combination before they arrive. No printing at night, no 12:30 queue at the till.
- Lunches are built per date, not by rewriting the menu each morning
- Soup, side, protein, salad, drink — the guest assembles their own set
- Pre-orders ahead of time: the kitchen knows how much to cook
- Archive of past weeks — repeat a good menu in one click
- Zero printing: the menu lives behind a QR code
Why business lunches eat the most time
A business lunch looks simple: three courses, one fixed price. Yet it is the thing that costs a manager an hour every day. Here is where that hour goes. First, the menu has to be planned a week ahead without repeating itself. Second, it has to be printed — in the evening or early morning, when everyone is busy. Third, at 12:30 thirty people walk in at once and each one needs to be told what today’s soup is. That last part is the expensive one. The peak load of a lunch service is not cooking, it is conversation: thirty identical exchanges in forty minutes. Pre-ordering removes exactly that: the guest picked their set in advance, the kitchen counted portions, the server simply brings it.
How a week of menus gets built
In Stolik a lunch is bound to a date, not to “the current menu”. You open the day you need, add options per category — soup, side, protein, salad, drink — and set the price of the set. Then repeat for the rest of the week. Past weeks stay in the archive. If a combination worked, repeat it without retyping. Within a month you have your own library of proven menus. The guest opens the QR code and sees today’s menu specifically, with photos and ingredients. They pick their set and confirm. You see the order ahead of time and cook exactly what is needed.
What it saves in money
Direct savings are easy to count: how many copies you print, what one costs, how often the menu changes. A venue with 50 copies at 300 UAH and a weekly lunch change spends tens of thousands of hryvnia a year on printing — an order of magnitude more than the subscription. The indirect saving is larger but rarely counted: portions under-prepared on busy days and over-prepared on quiet ones. When part of the orders arrive in advance, purchasing gets sharper and waste drops. And third: the manager’s time. An hour a day is roughly 250 hours a year spent printing and explaining instead of working the floor.

FAQ
Can different sets have different prices?
The price is set per day’s lunch. If you need several price tiers on the same day, add them as separate menu items with their own prices.
What if a guest pre-orders and does not show up?
A manager sees the pre-order and confirms it manually — only then does it reach the kitchen. Unconfirmed requests expire automatically, so the queue stays clean.
