Stolik or Poster: an honest comparison
Poster is a mature Ukrainian system with a broad feature set. Stolik is a simpler, cheaper tool for a small venue. Below is where each one wins, with nothing swept under the rug.

First things first: when Stolik is the wrong choice
Let us start with where Poster is objectively stronger, so you do not waste two weeks finding out. You need a fiscal register. Poster ships its own software PRRO. Stolik is not a fiscal register and does not plan to become one: if your venue is legally required to fiscalise sales, a separate certified solution covers that. You need inventory. Recipe cards, gram-level ingredient depletion, stock counts — Poster has them, Stolik does not. For a large kitchen with tight cost control that settles it. You need delivery. Aggregator integrations and a courier app are a separate Poster plan; Stolik has none of it. You are a chain. Several locations with shared stock and consolidated reporting is not something we build. Price: the difference is structural, not just numeric
Poster is modular: a base subscription, then a second register, mobile server, QR menu, PRRO and delivery each priced on top. That is sensible for a large venue — you pay for what you use. But for a small coffee shop the total adds up fast: per Poster’s own site as of July 2026, the entry plan is 432 UAH/mo, the cafe-featured base plan starts at 1,080 UAH/mo, mobile server +324 UAH, QR menu from 252 UAH, a second register +684 UAH. Stolik is flat: 199 UAH (Start), 399 UAH (Business), 699 UAH (Premium). QR menu, tablet operation, kitchen display, business lunches and AI reports are included rather than bought separately. This does not mean “Stolik is cheaper, therefore better”. It means something narrower: if the features you need are the ones Stolik has, you pay less for them. Where Stolik wins
Business lunches. In Stolik a lunch is composed per date as a set — soup, side, protein, salad, drink — the guest picks their combination via QR, and past weeks stay in an archive. Where lunches are a meaningful share of revenue, that removes an hour of a manager’s day. Banquets. A separate entity with its own items, date, deposit and final bill that does not blend into the floor’s running revenue. Time to launch. Stolik is a web app: open a tablet, install it as a PWA, enter your menu. No installers, no server in the back room. AI reports. Ask “what was revenue this week” and get a written answer in the app or in Telegram, without building a report by hand. Honesty about limits. We list what is missing on the product page, not in a knowledge base after you have paid.
How to check without risk
The free period is the same — 15 days in both systems. The difference is that Stolik does not ask for a card up front. That is enough time to check what matters. One piece of practical advice: do not test on an empty menu. Enter a real 20–30 items with prices and modifiers and run one actual Friday night. That is where you find out whether servers find it usable and whether the kitchen keeps up — not on a three-dish demo. Second: look at how the system behaves when you want to leave. FAQ
Can I move my menu from Poster to Stolik?
There is no automatic import from Poster. The menu is entered through the admin panel — for a 40–60 item venue that is one evening of work. If you have hundreds of items, contact support before starting the trial and we will discuss it.
Does Stolik replace a fiscal register?
No, and that is deliberate. Stolik is a management and accounting system. Fiscalisation, if the law requires it of you, is covered by a separate certified solution running alongside.
