FOR RESTAURANTS
POS system for restaurants
Rooms, tables, kitchen display and banquets in one system. Built for a full-service venue, not for a ten-location chain.
- Floor plan: the server sees which table is busy and for how long
- Kitchen display with a timer on every item
- Banquets: guest list, advance order, deposit, final bill
- Roles with permissions: what the owner, admin and server each see
- AI revenue report in 5 seconds, straight to Telegram
What a restaurant needs beyond a register
A coffee shop runs on receipts; a restaurant runs on tables. A guest sits down, orders in several rounds, changes their mind, asks to split the bill. So the central screen in a restaurant is not the menu — it is the floor plan. In Stolik the room is configured once: how many rooms, which tables, what capacity. After that the server works from the plan — table colour shows state, and next to it you see how long the guest has been seated. That number is not decoration: it is how a manager knows when to check in and when to bring the bill. The kitchen receives items automatically, with a waiting timer. The cook marks them ready and the server sees it without walking to the pass. On a peak evening that removes the single biggest source of chaos: shouted questions about table eight.
Banquets are tracked separately from the floor
A banquet breaks ordinary register logic: the order is placed a week ahead, part of the money arrives as a deposit, and the guest count keeps changing until the last day. Keep that in a notebook and by month end the register and the notebook disagree — and nobody remembers why. In Stolik a banquet is its own entity with its own item list, date, deposit and final bill. It does not blend into the floor’s running revenue, but it does land in the reports, so the monthly picture stays honest. Business lunches work the same way: composed per date, living in their own list rather than by editing the main menu every morning.
Roles: everyone sees exactly their own screen
At least four different people use the system in a restaurant, and showing them one interface is a mistake. The owner opens analytics and payroll, the manager the menu, shifts and staff, the server the floor, the cook the kitchen display, the bartender the bar station. Permissions are set individually: you can give a manager menu access while keeping payroll closed. Every login is signed and audited — you can see who worked the register and when. One thing worth spelling out: financial data is hidden from frontline staff at the server level, not by a checkbox — a server will not see revenue even if they try asking the AI assistant for it.
Where Stolik is the wrong fit for a restaurant
If you need inventory with recipe cards and gram-level depletion, Stolik does not do that. For a restaurant with a large kitchen and tight cost control that may be decisive. If you are legally required to fiscalise, we deliberately do not build a PRRO — a separate certified solution covers it. If delivery is your main revenue channel, there are no ready aggregator integrations. Stolik is built for a venue that needs a floor, a kitchen, a register and honest reports without a system administrator on staff. If your requirements are broader, it is more honest to look at heavier systems than to spend two weeks on rollout and find out afterwards.

FAQ
How many rooms and tables can I set up?
Start covers one room and up to three tables, Business two rooms and up to 20 tables, Premium is unlimited. Most 40–80 seat restaurants fit comfortably on Business.
Can I hide revenue from servers?
Yes, and it is the default: financial data is available to the owner and to managers with that permission. The restriction is enforced server-side, not by hiding a button.
