Terms of Service

1. General

Stolik (the "Service") provides SaaS software for managing food service venues. By using the Service you accept these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part — do not use the Service.

2. Service "as is"

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, absence of bugs, fitness for a particular purpose, or 100% availability. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may occur.

3. Limitation of liability

Stolik is not liable for: lost profits, lost revenue, equipment downtime, data loss due to client hardware or internet failures, tax authority penalties, staff errors using the Service, or actions of third parties (ISPs, banks, payment systems). Maximum aggregate liability is capped at the amount the customer paid in the last 3 months.

4. Customer responsibilities

The customer is solely responsible for: data accuracy in the Service; compliance with Ukrainian tax law (including fiscal reporting and PRRO, which Stolik does not provide); password / PIN / trusted-device security; staff access control; critical data backups (via export).

5. Payments & refunds

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. 14-day trial is free. After the trial, write access is suspended and data is retained for 90 days. Voluntary cancellation: no refund for the current month. If the service was down for more than 24 hours through our fault, we refund the pro-rata amount.

6. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or Telegram bot at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

7. Jurisdiction

Governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes are resolved by negotiation first; otherwise in courts at the place of Stolik registration. Severability: invalidity of any clause does not affect the remaining Terms.
