1. What cookies are

1.1. A cookie is a small text file with a unique identifier that a website stores on your device while you browse. This Policy also covers similar technologies — in particular browser local storage.

1.2. This Policy applies to the public stolik.top website — the landing page, the blog and the knowledge base.

1.3. In the owner's account, on the kitchen screen, in the waiter's POS terminal, the bar terminal and the guest portal, analytics and advertising cookies are not set. Authentication there works through a token stored in browser local storage rather than through cookies. That storage is technically necessary: without it, logging in to the Service is impossible.

2. Why we use them

2.1. On the public website we use cookies to measure advertising performance: to see which ad a visitor came from and whether they clicked “Demo” or “Register”. This helps us understand which advertising works and avoid spending budget on ads that do not.

2.2. We do not use cookies that remember your login, basket or personal settings on stolik.top: the personal account works without cookies, the session is kept in browser local storage (clause 1.3).

3. Legal basis and your consent

3.1. We set analytics and advertising cookies solely on the basis of your consent — paragraph 1 of part one of Article 11 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”. Ukraine has no separate statute specifically governing cookies; we follow the requirements of personal data protection law, because a cookie identifier combined with an IP address may constitute personal data.

3.2. Until consent is given, Google Analytics and Google Ads are not loaded and no analytics or advertising cookies are set on your device.

3.3. Consent is given in the banner shown on your first visit to the website. The banner offers two equal options: “Only necessary” — no analytics or advertising cookies are set; “Accept” — we enable Google's analytics and advertising services.

3.4. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the website. After withdrawal, the relevant services are no longer loaded; you can delete cookies already set using your browser (section 6).

3.5. Your choice is stored on your device — in browser local storage or in a technically necessary cookie — solely so that the banner is not shown again. If you clear the site data in your browser, the banner will appear again.

3.6. For visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, advertising cookies are additionally disabled by default through Google Consent Mode v2.

5. Third parties

5.1. The analytics and advertising cookies belong to Google services — Google Analytics and Google Ads. The data is processed under Google's privacy policy.

5.2. We do not pass the content of orders, menus or guest contacts to those services — only anonymised visit statistics for the public website.

5.3. Google's equipment is located outside Ukraine. The terms of that cross-border transfer are described in section 7 of the Privacy Policy.

6. How to refuse cookies

6.1. The simplest way is to click “Only necessary” in the banner, or to withdraw consent through “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the website.

6.2. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings:

• Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies
• Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
• Safari: Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data
• Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions

6.3. You can opt out of personalised Google advertising at myadcenter.google.com.

6.4. Blocking cookies does not restrict access to any feature of the stolik.top website or of the Service — they are needed only for advertising statistics.

7. Changes to this Policy

7.1. We may update this Policy. We will give notice of changes at least 14 calendar days before they take effect.

7.2. The current version is always available at this address; archived versions are in the register of legal documents at stolik.top/legal/en, together with their SHA-256 checksums.
